About The Coach
Steph Lynn Robinson is a voice actor, director, and producer based in Austin, Texas, with a career spanning animation, film, and long-form production. Her voice work can be heard across a wide range of animated series and films distributed by platforms including Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Nickelodeon, PBS Kids, CBC Gem, and Treehouse. Her work has earned multiple industry honors, including five nominations from the Society of Voice Arts & Sciences at the Voice Arts™ Awards in Los Angeles.
In addition to her on-camera and voice performance background, Steph brings extensive behind-the-scenes experience in documentary and lifestyle television, as well as feature film post-production, including credits with Marvel Studios and Disney.
Steph works with the team at KH Casting as an Animation Coach and Career Consultant. She is also an instructor at On The Mic Training, a premier voiceover school recognized as the only institution in North America to offer a government-certified full time voiceover diploma program.

Private voiceover coaching sessions are available online, making it accessible whether you’re local or working with us remotely. If you would prefer an in-studio coaching experience, that can be arranged at an additional cost (to cover studio + engineer fees).

How do I prepare for my coaching session?
You don’t need to bring anything specific, just communicate your goals ahead of time. We provide scripts for the session, unless you have your own materials you'd like to work on. Coaching focuses on your interpretation, delivery, timing, and performance quality.
