Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your coaching session. To ensure a fair and efficient scheduling system, we have a cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel or reschedule your coaching session, we kindly request that you provide a minimum notice of 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be subject to a 50% retention fee. We value your commitment and understand that emergencies or unexpected situations may arise. However, please note that last-minute cancellations disrupt our coaching schedule and may prevent other clients from booking that time slot. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. By doing so, we can continue to provide quality coaching sessions and accommodate the needs of all our clients effectively.
