Cartoon Voice Acting Workshop | In-Studio Austin, TX

In this 3 hour workshop, we're diving into the world of voice acting for cartoons and animated films. Our goal is to reignite the joy and excitement of voice acting while honing your voice-over skills. We'll explore the art of character creation, bringing animated personalities to life, and mastering the nuances of comedic timing.

This workshop is open to ALL LEVELS - we will work with you according to your experience. If you are brand new to voiceover, we promise to create a supportive and encouraging environment for you to learn the basics. And if you are a seasoned professional, we will push and challenge you, focusing on vocal range, character development, and script interpretation.

This workshop will be dynamic and interactive, leaving you inspired and ready to take on your next voice acting project with confidence!

All participants will receive a recorded copy of their work at the microphone!

About the instructor:

Steph Lynn Robinson is an award-nominated voiceover actress, director & producer based in Austin, Texas.  She is best known for her work on popular cartoon series and films airing on Netflix, Amazon Prime, Nickelodeon, PBS Kids, CBC Gem & Treehouse.

She is the proud owner of Keep Dreaming Creative, a company that provides voice direction for productions in Texas, as well as demo reel services for local voice actors.

Steph Lynn is an instructor at On The Mic Training, and also works with the incredible team at KH Casting.

With extensive production experience in documentary & lifestyle series, Steph also has notable feature film post-production credits, including Marvel & Disney films.

She is a 5-time Voice Arts™ Awards nominee by the Society Of Voice Arts & Sciences (SOVAS™) in Los Angeles, CA.
